The artificial lake oberwald convinces with a diverse offer: from a cozy barbecue evening by the lake, a round on the adventure mini golf course to the competition for the fastest time on the summer toboggan run. Boredom adieu!
Mediterranean feeling in the heart of saxony: In addition to bathing fun on the 360m long beach with naturist area, the 16ha large lake and the surrounding area offers numerous attractions, such as a water slide for humid action, a football and beach volleyball court, water pedal rides and a children's playground. The modern adventure mini golf course thrills tourists from near and far and promises a good one and a half hour of fun on 18 courses. Close to the beach area there is also a brand new beach bar, where guests can enjoy a cocktail under real palm trees in a deck chair while enjoying the magnificent lake view. Holiday homes or our campsite are available for astay of several days.

Interesting facts at a glance
The 16-hectare artificial lake originated from a former nickel mining area. The water quality in the lake is provable very good is regularly monitored. Both the water and the air temperature are displayed in the outdoor area. The artificial lake Oberwald is also a 4-star campsite. The quiet and well-kept complex invites to stay all year round. Currently, the area is in the process of being certified as a quality company according to the seal of quality-of-service Germany.
